Goal
  The goal of the Project is to improve the provision, access, relevance, and efficiency of the technical education    system in support of Government's economic and social objectives. The Project will support Government's         pro- poor economic growth and poverty reduction strategy through improving the country's skill-based    competitiveness

  Outcomes
  The Project's envisioned outcomes are: (i) an alternative higher education system focusing on technical education   and technology; and (ii) strengthened quality and efficiency of the Technical Education & Vocational Training    system, particularly in technician education
